Position Details:
- Pay Rate: $14-$16/hour (based on experience and skills)
- Schedule: FLEXIBLE
- Location: Pittsburgh area (15211)
- FLEXIBLE Scheduling – “sweet spot” schedule tailored to your preferences and availability.
- Limited Traveling - Our Caregivers typically do NOT travel more than 10 miles to any client.
- Paid training and orientation at your full hourly rate.
- Ava - Integrated monetary reward system recognizing your daily and weekly performance.
- TapCheck - Access your earned wages on demand between pay periods.
- Earn up to $350 in bonuses by hitting key employment milestones, starting with a $20 reward for showing up and completing your in-person interview.

- Prior experience providing personal care and support.
- Ability to complete a physical exam (we cover the cost of your TB test as part of on-boarding).
