The Lacy Employment Law Firm LLC is seeking a Plaintiff’s Employment Attorney to join our team. This position is fully remote, though attorneys will have access to an office in Pittsburgh for depositions, court appearances, or when they want to work in person. Compensation:$75,000 - $95,000 yearly
Responsibilities: Handle all aspects of employment law cases, including discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour claims, and severance negotiations.Manage a litigation caseload from intake through trial or settlement, including drafting pleadings, handling discovery, taking and defending depositions, and attending court proceedings.Work closely with pre-litigation intake staff to assess potential cases and provide strategic direction on case selection.Participate in mediations, arbitrations, depositions, and court appearances, primarily via remote options but occasionally in person as needed.Engage with clients directly, providing clear and compassionate guidance throughout their cases.Contribute to the firm’s growth and innovation efforts, whether through legal strategy, process improvement, or business development. Qualifications: Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania (New Jersey admission is a plus).2+ years of employment litigation experience, preferably on the plaintiff’s side.Strong litigation and trial preparation skills, with experience in federal and state court.Self-motivated and accountable—you will have autonomy but must meet deadlines and handle cases proactively.Comfortable working in a remote-first environment with strong communication and organizational skills.A passion for helping workers and fighting employment discrimination.
